By submitting your design, you acknowledge that all artwork will be reviewed by our team prior to production. We may make minor adjustments as needed to ensure optimal print quality and layout. A final proof will be prepared and must be approved before production begins. Once approved, an invoice will be issued and must be paid before any items are produced.

This giveaway is sponsored by Pulse RC Media ("Sponsor").

Eligibility

The Pulse RC OGIO 9800 Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, affiliates, sponsors, immediate family members, and household members of Pulse RC Media are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on the date announced by Pulse RC Media and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on June 30, 2026.

How to Enter

Purchase Method

Participants will receive one (1) giveaway entry for every $5.00 USD spent on eligible purchases at PulseRCMedia.com during the Giveaway Period.

Example:

  • $5 spent = 1 entry

  • $25 spent = 5 entries

  • $100 spent = 20 entries

Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, refunds, and canceled orders do not qualify toward entry calculations.

If an order is refunded prior to the drawing, associated entries will be removed.

There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may earn through purchases.

Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, mail a handwritten card containing your:

Each mailed entry must be submitted separately and postmarked before June 30, 2026.

Each valid mail-in entry will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive their choice of:

  • One (1) OGIO 9800 Gear Bag (Approximate Retail Value: $400 USD)

OR

  • Four Hundred Dollars ($400 USD) Cash

The winner must select one prize option. No substitutions will be allowed except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will take place on or about July 5, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address, phone number, or social media account associated with their entry.

The potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Delivery

The OGIO 9800 Gear Bag prize will be shipped to a valid U.S. address provided by the winner.

Cash prizes will be paid via check, PayPal, Venmo, or another method selected by Pulse RC Media.

Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.

Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Pulse RC Media permission to use their name, likeness, social media username, photographs, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Pulse RC Media and its affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

General Conditions

Pulse RC Media reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

Any attempt to manipulate the Giveaway process may result in disqualification.

Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administering this Giveaway and for marketing communications if the entrant chooses to subscribe.

Winner Announcement

The winner's first name, last initial, and state may be announced on Pulse RC Media social media channels and website after winner verification.
